GOLDEN BOY JASON HOPING TO MAKE IT LUCKY NUMBER SEVEN IN LOS ANGELES

first_imgBOXING: Donegal boxer Jason Quigley will be hoping to make it lucky number seven when he gets back into the ring on July 11th at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena.The fight will take place exactly a year to the day when Quigley made his professional debut for Golden Boy Promotions. The promotional poster for the fight has the caption 365 days later and still UNDEFEATED!Quigley’s fighting style has endeared himself to fights fans stateside and is already gaining a reputation for himself.Quigley hasn’t went the distance  in any of his bouts yet, producing a series of explosive KO’s in his six victories previous.Owner of Golden Boy Promotions, the legendary Oscar De La Hoya believes Quigley can be a future World Champion and are extremely pleased with the Finn Valley man’s progress. An opponent for Quigley has not yet been named but that is expected to be announced in the next few days.Quigley told Sky Sports, “I’m really excited and I cannot wait. It’s time for me to go and do the business. Golden Boy are delighted with my progress so far and they want to keep me as busy as possible.“Hopefully we are building towards a big future and it’s now up to me to get in the ring and perform.“It’s really important to build my fan base over here.
